Let me make sure I have this straight. Canada Post is reacting to poor profits due primarily to their poor and expensive service by reducing service and charging more. Where do they find these geniuses?
Their attempt to catch up with technology has resulted in email that is so secure, I generally can’t get into it, is so complicated that when I can get in, I can’t figure out how to find and read my mail.
Me thinks they should take up another occupation. If you are on my Christmas card or birthday card list, after the rates go up you can stop checking you mailbox for my heartfelt greetings. I will still wish you the best but it will likely come electronically. It is a sad day when postage costs more than the card it delivers and I cannot support such a pathetic system.
