Why is it that sometimes big is better but other times it isn’t. This is obvious with our views of the human body.
Having a large penis is generally considered desirable but having a big nose can be a point of ridicule. What makes large breasts preferable but large ears something to consider having changed?
Do sexual appendages stand alone in the ‘want to have’ line? What about eyes? Big brown eyes populate literature to describe a preferred feature, in fact beady little eyes are typically attributed to bad people. And of course, everyone with testosterone wants big muscles so it isn’t just a sexual thing.
Survival? But with larger ears, wouldn’t one be better equipped to hear prey hiding, just waiting to be added to the dinner menu. A larger nose would help sniff out lunch. Where would a huge penis help out in survival? Can they point out good hunting grounds? Do bigger schlongs produce better offspring? Do babies suckled on big boobs have a lower mortality rate than those sipping on ‘A’ cups?
What makes bigger really better or is this whole issue just another vain human attempt to make one person feel superior to another based on some trait they really have no control over?
Now, I think I should to shut my big mouth before I find my big foot in it — again.
